What If My Financial Aid Arrives After the KCP Payment Deadline?

Aid disbursement dates do not always match KCP’s deposit or tuition deadlines. Some students temporarily use personal funds, family support, or a credit card and reimburse themselves after aid arrives.

KCP may have limited flexibility when students provide documentation, such as a financial aid letter, scholarship notice, expected disbursement date, or approved aid amount. Do not wait until after the deadline to explain the situation. Early communication gives KCP more time to review options.
