The intensive pacing of the studies together with the excellent teachers was really good.

Jonas from Summer 2015

Which events or activities did you find the most satisfying and why?

The cultural excursions in general because they gave you the opportunity to experience various aspects of Japan that you didn't see by being in Tokyo.

What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?

It's difficult to say. The intensive pacing of the studies together with the excellent teachers was really good. I don't really know about the least productive/interesting thing. Nothing in particular comes to mind.

What activities or materials did you find most helpful (e.g., pair work, drill practice, tests, small group sessions, textbooks, games)?

Various drills with grammar and speaking practice.

What did you find most valuable in the Culture Course?

The diversity of the places we visited.

If you’re looking for an intensive course, then KCP is the place to go! Although it was hard work, it was also a lot of fun and I’m very pleased with my current language skill – and I’ve only just finished Level 1! Going out with the class for a final dinner really showed me how much we’d learnt as we had no problems in conveying our feelings even though our only common language was Japanese. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
